Thank you for shopping with MancaveWorks! Each figurine is carefully printed, hand-painted, and quality-checked before shipping. Please read the details below regarding processing and delivery times.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. As our figurines are prepared with care and attention to detail, please allow this time for your order to be made ready for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
We ship worldwide from our workshop in Türkiye. Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
- United States & Canada: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and customs processing in your country.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mancaveworksco@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
