Returns & Refund Policy

Each MancaveWorks figurine is individually printed, hand-painted, and quality-checked before shipping. Because our figurines are handcrafted collectibles, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at mancaveworksco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required in most cases.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will work with you to make it right, including replacement of damaged items free of charge.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your figurine may already be in production and the order cannot be cancelled.
